Last Day in the Lone Star State!

wow... I cant believe that this is my last day here in Texas till Christmas time! Its so crazy to think that here pretty soon i will be setting off to do God's work on NET, but first I have some fun with family in Wisconsin! Its bitter sweet though. On one hand i want to see all of my family and hang out with them but on the other i would love to have a week of 2 more at home with friends and in my own bed! I finished packing but i feel like its not enough lol. I have to fit my life in a 29" tall, 20" wide & 10" deep suit case and a backpack. Yeah not much at all! But some how i figured out how to cram everything in there with some room to spare so i guess its not all bad. :) So officially i leave for NET August 6th for MLT or Music Leadership Training, a 10 day workshop focused of music and how to lead it! I am pretty excited because a small number of NETters (around 40 of the 120) get to the NET center 10 days earlier than anyone else to do this training. So on the 16th I'll get to meet everyone else! Any I just want to let yall know whats going on and that this blog will be updated whenever i can! I hope y'all are doing amazing and know that you are in my prayers!!

Bake sales and NET blog

Hey everyone!
As you know I had a bake sale after Mass at St. Joseph Parish and the fruits of it were incredible! I am overwhelmed by the generosity of the parishioners. After receiving donations at all 5 Masses I raised just over $2000! That is $1100 over what i needed to make my $4500 goal!
Many of the parishioners requested that I keep a blog throughout my journey with NET. Even though my time on my phone and computer is limited I will try and keep you all as updated as possible!
Thank you all for helping me reach my goal and words cant express how grateful I am for the generosity of all the generosity.
I will keep you posted!
